The Archivio Lante decanters and glasses are based on an old Empoli glass design and hand blown in Murano in a variety of colours.
They have been created to accompany a project, (still in it’s infancy) centred around and inspired by the renaissance Villa Lante near Viterbo, Italy.
The Archivio Lante space will be located in what used to be the carriage house of the Villa.
Also designed by Domitilla Harding is the Pegaso wine bowl decanter.
Wine is well exposed to air in the wide open bowl. These also can be made in any colour.
As these are entirely made by hand, no two will be exactly the same.
